Menus change weekly, and heart-healthy choices are always available. A menu of side dishes is part of the weekly offerings. Menus are planned from popular choices, seasonal availability, residents’ requests, creative ideas for ethnic buffets (Swedish, French, Italian), and local availability. Purchases are made at the local farmers’ markets seasonally. Our Dining Services staff members aim to please – you’ll experience excellent food with warm and friendly service, in a beautiful setting.
