As communicated last week by Briarwood’s Chief Executive Officer Paul Bowler, we are doing all we can to reduce the risk associated with COVID-19, and we are following recommendations to slow the spread of the virus to protect Residents and Staff.
We are suspending invitations to the public to attend Briarwood events, including group programs and a planned late March Open House, effective immediately. This notice will be communicated in several channels to get the word out quickly.
Staff Team Members are discussing alternate ways to reach the wider community during this time. We will continue to meet with guests who are interested in Briarwood, in small numbers.
Updating of plans and further actions will continue.
