Edible Boston Editor and Publisher to Speak at Briarwood Mass Local Food Cooperative Sponsors Event

Briarwood Continuing Care Retirement Community will host Edible Boston Magazine’s editor and publisher, Ilene Bezahler, on Sunday, February 12 at 3:00 p.m. in the Birches Auditorium, 65 Briarwood Circle, Worcester, Mass. Ms. Bezahler will speak on the evolution of the local food movement and where it’s going in Central Massachusetts. The event is sponsored by Mass Local Food Cooperative as part of their Third Annual Meeting. This event is free and open to the public. Snow date is Sunday February 26.

Briarwood is the Worcester pick-up site for the Mass Local Food Cooperative. Briarwood residents will be honored for their volunteer participation with the Food Cooperative at the Annual Meeting prior to the event .
